It cost me $50 dollars to ship back to them (as they don't pay for shipping) and never received my refund. It was an expensive item. I have called and emailed MULTIPLE times with zero response. Very disappointed.
Horrible. Had to pay to mail in my return. Heard nothing for 3 months. Had to find my tracking number and give it to them. They wanted me to buy return shipping label or give them my credit card number again. For some reason they dont have it on file. Extremely long response time. There products are not as described
I believe them to be brand name knockoffs.

I was able to order a W4 Wonderfold wagon and received it within 5 days! You literally can’t find those wagons anywhere because they are out of stock or on back order.
Also, can’t beat the coupons and sales price!
Very poor customer service experience. I purchased the UPPA BABY travel system for about $1,100 from their site because I was promised 20x rewards points. The rewards points were not accredited to my account and I have been attempting to recoup them ever since. The custom service team has lied about how many points I should have been awarded and has been less than helpful. Had I known it would be this difficult to get my rewards, I would have made my purchase through Nordstrom because I always have great customer care through them and a great experience with warranties. Don’t be fooled by the points with Albee, they won’t award them to you and they have poor customer service.
I placed an order for a bugaboo stroller from Albee Baby and received a super scratched and dented stroller, I contacted their customer service team and it has been a horrible experience. They respond to me every 2 days and instead of being apologetic about the situation and trying to make things right they are offering me a really low discount for me to keep the scratched stroller. Overall horrible horrible customer service, not feeling valued as a customer and I definitely don't feel they are trying to make things right. Super rude supervisor as well.

Even though we didn’t receive the stools with the order like we should we had the absolute BEST customer service with fixing the order and sending us the stools.
Issue resolved quickly. Had exactly what I wanted in stock that I can’t find anywhere plus great military discount.
Great experience with customer service. I sent an email regarding issues with accessing my account and had it resolved within 24 hours. Embarrassingly enough, the issue turned out to be a typo on my part. Price for product I bough was best I found online and shipping was very fast. I received my order only 5 days after placing it!
Ordered 4 crystal clear Qdos baby gates for a total of over $600. 2 arrived with significant scratches. 1 never arrived. Was told the last one would ship within 3 days, then a week goes by, I ask about it - it's on back order. Replacement for scratched baby gates arrive - one is cracked. Albee baby doesn't answer the phone and barely responds to email. Thank goodness the manufacturer responded to my emails. Probably would use Amazon or BuyBuyBaby in the future.
I ordered the clek oobr and when I opened the box I noticed a tear in the fabric of the seat. I took pictures and immediately sent an email. Within minutes I got a reply back stating a new seat would be sent out and pre paid labels would be sent to me to return the damaged product. Excellent customer service.

So i placed an order more than 10 days ago to be exact 8 business days. I hadnt received tracking for one of my items which was a travel system so i sent an email. Got no response. Sent another one along with giving them a call the same day. They inform me my items are currently discontinued and out of stock. I was extremely upset as 1. Had i not reached out to them would they have let me know of the situation? 2. My item was suppose to ship 3-5 business days after placing my order. 3. I was still finding the exact same product on their website as available and i was still able to add to my cart. So yes i would say shop elsewhere. Its been nothing but a headache trying to get a refund. And then to know that their website is not reliable. If they are aware an item is out of stock why can i still add the item to my cart and proceed checkout.

Scam if you order online! You will never receive the item. Albee will not respond or communicate with you. FedEx will keep pack on truck for weeks. Call your credit card company and dispute. The company is getting away with stealing people's money.
